Dana Hatch Joins APX as Director of Client Success

Aesthetic industry veteran Dana Hatch joins APX to lead new Client Success division for expanding software startup

Terri Ross, the Founder and President of APX, announced Dana Hatch as its new Director of Client Success as the organization continues to experience exponential growth. Dana will be responsible for helping medical aesthetic clients leverage the power of APX, the industry’s only business intelligence, solutions-based training and growth platform, to maximize success in their own practices.

Dana has helped businesses deliver excellence in the aesthetics and wellness space for more than 14 years. Her past experience includes stints as a Spa Director at a Four-Diamond property in New England, an Area Manager/Trainer for one of the largest Medical Spa organizations in the United States consulting on a national level, as well as running a large, high-end medical aesthetics practice.
