How long is the subscription for?

APX Platform users sign a 12 month (1 year) contract, specifying which package option they want. Users are billed every month for the duration of the 12 month contract period. Users can renew their APX Platform subscription when their contract term is over.

I already have a Practice Management and/or EMR software; do I still need APX Platform?

YES.

APX Platform is not an EMR or PM; it is a first-of-its-kind cloud platform that is the missing link between your existing practice software and the path to profitability and employee productivity.
